चुनी सरकारों को अस्थिर बनाने के अलोकतांत्रिक हथकंडे से बाज नहीं आ रही बीजेपी-तिवारी

 

लखनऊ। राज्यसभा में कांग्रेस के उपनेता प्रमोद तिवारी ने बीजेपी सरकारों पर चौतरफा हमला बोला है। उन्होंने कहा है कि ‘‘मोदी सरकार हाल ही सम्पन्न हुये लोकसभा चुनाव में मिले जनादेश से भी सबक नहीं ले पा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा विपक्ष शासित राज्यों में चुनी हुई सरकारों को अस्थिर बनाने का बेशर्मी से अलोकतांत्रिक हथकंडा अपनाने से भी बाज नहीं आ रही है।

तिवारी ने कहा कि झारखण्ड में भारतीय जनतापार्टी ने आपरेशन लोटस का विफल प्रयास किया। कड़वी सच्चाई है कि भारतीय जनतापार्टी जब से झारखण्ड में लोकसभा चुनाव में पराजित हुई है तब से वह देश के एक आदिवासी मुख्यमंत्री को बर्दाश्त नहीं कर पा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि झारखण्ड के विधायकों की हेमन्त सोरन के नेतृत्व में एक जुटता ने भाजपा के आपरेशन लोटस के प्रयास को विफल कर दिया है। 

तिवारी ने दावा किया कि झारखण्ड में जनता सबकुछ समझ गयी है और वहां होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव में फिर जनादेश हेमन्त सोरेन के नेतृत्व में फिर इण्डिया गठबंधन के पक्ष में आयेगा। उन्होंने बतौर उदाहरण कहा कि महाराष्ट्र में भाजपा ने जिस तरह से चुनी हुई सरकार को अप्रदस्थ करायाए उसका परिणाम लोकसभा चुनाव में महाराष्ट्र की जनता ने इण्डिया गठबंधन के पक्ष में मजबूत जनादेश देकर बीजेपी के दांत भी खट्टे किये। कर्नाटक में केन्द्र के इशारे पर वहां के मुख्यमंत्री को लेकर महामहिम राज्यपाल के मंत्रिपरिषद् के सामूहिक परामर्श की अनदेखी पर भी प्रहार किया।

तिवारी ने कहा कि एक निर्वाचित मुख्यमंत्री की गरिमा को ठेस पहुंचाने के लिए संवैधानिक पद से प्रदर्शित यह आचरण संघीय ढांचे के लिए अत्यन्त चिन्ताजनक है। झारखण्ड में भी भाजपा द्वारा वहां की चुनी सरकार को अस्थिर बनाने से जुड़े प्रयास को भी उन्होंने लोकतंत्र को खण्डित करने का अराजनैतिक षड़्यंत्र करार दिया। 

उन्होंने भाजपा सरकार के लेटरल एंट्री के जरिये लोकसेवकों की भर्ती के मंसूबे को संविधान के ढांचे पर एक और तगड़ा हमला बतायाए और कहा कि हाल ही में सेबी की अध्यक्ष माधवी बुच के मामले में जिस तरह से एक बड़े घोटाले पर भाजपा पर्दा डालने में जुटी हुई है उसी तरह केन्द की बीजेपी सरकार का लेटरल एंट्री के जरिये लोकसेवा आयोग की उपेक्षा कर भर्ती का यह प्राविधान प्रशासनिक ढांचे और सामाजिक न्याय दोनों को चोट पहुंचाने वाला कदम है।

तिवारी ने उत्तर प्रदेष की कानून और व्यवस्था दिन प्रतिदिन बदल से बदतर होती जा रही है जनपद सुल्तानपुर में दिनदहाड़े सरकारी आवास में जलनिगम के अधिशाषी अभियन्ता की बंधक बनाकर हुई हत्या को सरकार के लिए गम्भीर चुनौती बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि एक अफसर की पीट.पीटकर हुई हत्या की इस घटना से उत्तर प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था का भ्रष्टाचार के आगे लाचार होने का साफ संकेत देता है। तिवारी ने भाई बहनके पवित्र पर्व रक्षा बन्धन के पावन पर्व पर प्रदेष वासियों को हार्दिक शुभकामनायें एवं बधाई देते हुये उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना की है।
